Cross made with punches

One of my sidelines showed me how to make this card.  You use the Scallop Trim Border and the Scallop Trim Corner to make this card.  There are folds and you are punching through 2 pieces of cardstock.  It's too hard to explain and I did not take pictures to show the steps.

Not sure who this was originally done by so can't give the person credit.

If you are local and would like to learn how to do this or other projects just email me and maybe we can get together for a class.

Made this card for one of my clubs.  I love how the square is punched out using the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch.

To make this,  you will need a 3 inch square piece of card stock.  Then put one side of the card stock in the center of the punch and punch it.   Now, just turn the card stock and do all 4 sides.  It's hard to explain, but easy to do.  It's very important to place the card stock in the center of the same place each time.  Try it!!

Gerber Daisy

I found a tutorial on this daisy and vase.  You can find the tutorial here.    She did a great tutorial on it.  These are easy to make

Sorry this is a bit blurry, but it is a close up of the daisy.

This one is a little better.  I used the daisy sizzix die and made like 3 of the large ones, 2 of the med daisy and 2 of the small ones.  I also used the boho blossom punch for the center of the daisy.

Happy 4th of July

I made this card using The Open Sea stamp set from the Summer Mini Catalog.  Can you tell that I LOVE the Summer Mini Catalog?  I liked so many sets and had to have most of them.  I just think the mini catalog is fabulous!

This card was made for a swap I participated in.  I sponged in the sky and water.  I also used some post it notes to keep my line straight and for the circle that made the moon.  Then I used the white gel pen to add the lines for water.

I cut the anchor out and then applied crystal effects to it.  Then I  used the bakers twine that is also in the summer mini. The bakers twine comes in 3 colors:  Early Espresso, Cherry Cobler & White and is only $2.95 for 25 yds.  That's a deal!!

Congratulation Cards

This was one of the Congratulations cards that I made for a friend.  She is a realtor and she will be giving these cards out to her clients.  She was pleased on how they turned out.  I used Fabulous Florets stamp set from the Summer Mini catalog.

This is another card I made.  I made like half for her women clients and half for men.  I made them in all different colors...greens, blues and turquoise for the men and the other bright colors like pinks, yellow and orange for the women.  I used Circle Circus stamp set for this card.  I used the cardstock from the Brights family.
