Leadership Swaps and Boards

This was one of my swaps for Leadership.  I saw a cute card made just like this, but using a stamp set - I think.  Patty, had a picture of it and I thought....I can make that using Stampin' Up! punches.  So using oval punches and yes some of them are retired, I made this cute little bunny peeking out from the corner.  I put her on an old Altoid tin.

Here is another version, slightly larger than the first one.  This one is on a 4x4 coaster.  I used the new Ovals Collection Framelits Die from the Stampin' Up! Spring Catalog to make the bunny.  It is #129381 for $26.95.  I also used the Decorative Label punch #120907 for 16.95 for the Happy Easter from the Wacky Wishes that is a Hostess Only set.  Love that set!!  I put a magnet on the back.  Voila, a cute little gift.  Love it!

These next few pictures are some from the Patterned Occasions Stamp Set #129621 from the

Sale-a-bration Flyer.  I just thought they were so cute and something I might be able to duplicate.

I am really liking the colors AND this stamp set that I will be able to get for FREE because I know I want more than $50 worth of product.  During Sale-a-bration you get a FREE product with every $50 you spend (before s/h and tax). Love! Love! Love! this time of the Year!!  New Spring Catalog and then the opportunity to get FREE product!!  It's the most wonderful time of the year!!!

Email me jnrsjones@cox.net if you would like to place an order, host a party, become a demonstrator or just find out about how you can earn FREE product!!

Leadership Demonstrations and Swaps

Isn't this card just gorgeous?  This was one of the demonstrations that Stampin' Up! had set up in the Gathering Place.  They were showing how to use the new Borders Scoring Plate in the Spring Catalog.  It also uses Secret Garden Bundle that I thought I did not have to have until I saw all the beautiful cards made from it.  Now it is on my list!

The Artisan Embellishments Kit from the Spring Catalog was also being demonstrated. So many ideas from just this little kit.

One of my swaps for Leadership...a small post it note holder.  It is an easel style holder.  My downline, Ginger Riley, had made one for us and I just cased it with the new Designer Paper Sycamore Street from the Sale-a-bration flyer. Thanks Ginger for the great idea!  The Designer paper is just one of the products you can get for FREE with a $50.00 order.  Email me to find out how.  jnrsjones@cox.net

I just LOVE the new Hearts A Flutter Bundle in the Spring Catalog.  This card uses one of the dies and stamps to make this cute little owl. I also used the owl punch and a heart for his wings.  The background is the new Honeycomb Embossing Folder that is also in the Spring Catalog.

There are so many new stamps and accessories you just might want to have a party!  Remember this is Sale-a-bration time and you can earn FREE products for every $50.00 you spend (before s/h and tax).  Email me if you are in the Hampton Roads Area and would like to book a party!  jnrsjones@cox.net

Boards at Stampin' Up! Leadership Orlando, FL

Two of my downline, Alice and Cathy on the right and friends, Toka and Liz on the left.  We all roomed together at my timeshare and attended Stampin' Up! Leadership together in Orlando, Florida.  We had such a great time together.  Thanks ladies for making my Leadership so memorable! Those great late nights will not be forgotten anytime soon!!

Below are a few more pictures of boards at Leadership.  Most of these boards are cards that attendees turned in to be displayed.  Stampin' Up! has some very talented people.

The one below was a Stampin' Up! display.

Everyone was trying to take pictures.  So instead of taking the whole board I took sections because I could take them w/o getting someones head or body in the picture.

I will not post all the boards because there would be tons of pictures.  Instead I just chose a few that I would show.

DUDE, Your Welcome!

7 Foreign Exchange Students 3 Moms & 1 Friend

That is what I had at a Christmas card class.  One of the "Moms" is a friend of mine and she was in charge of the activity for November. So, We made cards!!

They did a great job for never having stamped before.  They were very creative and not intimated to do their own thing and make their cards their.

I believe this the is best group of people I have had!  For never stamping they listened and followed directions so well.  We were a little crowded, but they all wanted to stay in one room, so we squeezed everyone around the table.

We even had one boy to stamp with us.  He was probably the most meticulous one.  Made sure everything was just right...Loved it!!

The cards we made were cased from either Pinterest or Stampin' Connection.  I had the name of the people for the class so they would know I did not come up with the ideas on my own, but I lost they by the time I got around to the post.  So, if they are you creations, please let me know and I will be glad to give you full credit.

Beautiful Christmas Card

I said I was going to try and get some pictures up.  So here is one of the Christmas cards that we made.  It was embossed in gold and is a fancy fold type card.  I really like how this came out.  Sorry for the delay in getting this card up, but as you read before, I have been busy! I will be posting a few cards before I leave to Florida.  Enjoy and Happy Stamping!

What?!! 2013!!

OMG!  Where did 2012 go and especially Dec??  I did not make one post in Dec and I had pictures and everything.  Guess that is what happens when you spend 3 weeks in Texas buying a house!  Yes, that is right!  We had a house built and I was there for the closing and oh what a mess there was, but all is good and we now own 2 houses!  Yikes!!  I better start selling ALOT of Stamping Up!, get a job or sell this house!  Anyone want to buy a house?

Ok, I promise to post something.

My New Years Resolutions is to TRY and post weekly.  I know I cannot do daily, as much as I would like to and I am going to be going to Florida for a week, an event with Stampin Up! (Leadership) and then back here to VA to get this house ready to sell, so I am trying to be realistic.  I don't want to set myself up for failure.  And honestly once a week might be a bit much, but I will TRY!

So look out 2013 and Austin, TX!!  I will be moving to the Austin area as soon as this house sells and SU is coming to your area soon! Well Stampin' Up! is there but, I'm not!  Hopefully I will find some new friends to stamp with!!

Watch for a few new post...have some things from Christmas that I wanted to share and just simply ran out of time!

Belated Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
